Member of the Athens Bar Association, Alkinoos holds a bachelor degree in law (LL.B.) and a master’s degree (LL.M.) in International and European Studies with specialisation in European Law, both earned from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.

He had his training contract within the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (HSPPA) as well as in the Greek Agricultural Insurance Organisation (ELGA). He has, also, worked in the legal department of the Council of the European Union, in the External Relations division (JUR.3-RELEX).

Alkinoos specialises in the regulatory compliance of businesses and governmental bodies, with all their Greek, EU and international regulatory obligations, heading the relevant team of our law firm. He is also a member of our law firm’s working group on the legal as well as technical implication of Quantum-AI technology.

He is fluent in Greek, English, French, Spanish. He also knows and speaks German.
