Member of the Athens Bar Association, Alkinoos holds a law degree (LL.B.) and a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in International and European Studies with specialisation in European Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. He had his training contract within the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (HSPPA) as well as in the Greek Agricultural Insurance Organisation (ELGA). He has, also, worked in the Legal Service of the Council of the European Union, in the External Relations division (JUR.3-RELEX).
