Recent highlights of our real estate practice:

• Advising on a landlease on EUR 1 mil. regeneration project in Anavissos, Athens, Greece.
• Legal support of a HNWI on the acquisition of two properties, each valued EUR 500.000, in the southern suburbs of Athens, Greece.
• Make all the necessary arrangements on behalf of a HNWI regarding the sale of his real estate portfolio consisting of 12 properties across two jurisdictions to a mix of private individuals and equity funds.
